Where we deliver
Chefskiss delivers anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long it takes
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays start processing on the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes about 3 to 5 business days, depending on your area and the courier network servicing it. Some regional and outlying areas take a little longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Delivery costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery details, and the final cost is shown before you complete your order.
Free delivery
Orders over R1,200 ship free. The qualifying amount is based on your order subtotal at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will receive order confirmation by email, and tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If anything looks wrong with your delivery, email admin.chefskiss@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
