Kashmiri Mix Masala 500g

Kashmiri Mix Masala brings the rich, aromatic warmth of Kashmir to your kitchen — a fuller, slightly more complex blend than everyday mix masala, with the signature mild heat and deep colour that Kashmiri spices are celebrated for. It's the blend that turns a good curry into a great one.

How to use

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add one finely sliced onion and fry until deep golden. Add 1–2 teaspoons of Kashmiri Mix Masala with a heaped tablespoon of yoghurt or tomato. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes until the oil separates. Add 500g of chicken, lamb, or paneer, coat well in the masala, then add ½ cup of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 25–30 minutes. Serve with basmati rice or naan. Serves 4.
