How to use

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot. Add one finely chopped onion and fry until golden. Add 1–2 teaspoons of Mix Masala along with a tablespoon of tomato purée. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant, then add your protein or vegetables. Add a splash of water, cover, and simmer until cooked through. Finish with fresh coriander. Perfect for chicken curry, lamb, lentils, and vegetable dishes.
