Suhana Butter Chicken 50g

Butter Chicken is one of the world's most loved curries — and for good reason. Suhana's Butter Chicken masala mix captures that signature velvety, mildly spiced tomato-and-cream sauce that keeps everyone coming back for more. Rich, aromatic, and utterly comforting.

How to use: Marinate 500g chicken in yoghurt and half the spice mix for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until lightly charred. In a separate pan, fry onions and tomatoes, add the remaining spice mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add the chicken, ½ cup cream or coconut milk, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
