Suhana Chicken Tandoori 100g

Tandoori Chicken is the original crowd-pleaser — that deep crimson, smoky, charred chicken with a juicy, spiced interior that's become iconic the world over. With Suhana's Tandoori Chicken masala mix, you can recreate that unmistakable tandoor flavour on your braai, grill, or oven without any of the guesswork.

How to use: Make deep cuts in 1kg of chicken pieces. Mix the spice sachet with 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Rub marinade deep into the cuts and marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight gives the best results). Grill on high heat or bake at 220°C for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until charred at the edges. Serve with lemon wedges and green chutney. Serves 4–5.
