Whole Nutmeg 500g

Whole nutmeg (the inner seed of the Myristica fragrans tree) is a prized spice known for its intense aroma, warm woody flavor, and long shelf life. Grating a whole nutmeg fresh as you need it delivers a vastly superior flavor and aroma compared to pre-ground versions, which quickly lose their volatile oils. Nutmeg must strictly be consumed in standard culinary amounts (a small pinch per serving)
